Knowledge Development
PADI Freediver eLearning at your own pace before you arrive — how the body responds to breath-holding, freediving equipment, safety rules and buddy procedures.

Confined Water Session
One pool session covering breathing and relaxation technique, static and dynamic apnea, and your role as a buddy — including basic rescue.

Certification
Qualify as a PADI Basic Freediver, recognised worldwide. Available from age 12, so families can train together.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Minimum age 12. You'll need adequate swimming skills, good general health and a completed medical questionnaire. No snorkelling, skin diving or freediving experience required.

THIS COURSE COUNTS TOWARDS THE NEXT ONE
Basic Freediver is a subset of the full PADI Freediver course.
The eLearning and pool session carry over. Add the open water sessions whenever you're ready and certify to 16 metres — ask about the upgrade fee when you book.
